Welcome to Aligned Life Co. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@alignedlifeco.com.au.

 

1. Services

Aligned Life Co. provides freelance executive assistant and personal/home organization services to individuals and businesses. Services may include (but are not limited to):Calendar and task managementEmail and correspondence handlingBooking and schedulingDocument preparation and admin supportPersonal errands and household organizationEvent planning and coordinationAll services are tailored to individual client needs and outlined during our consultation.

 

2. Bookings & Availability

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Ongoing support arrangements can be made on a weekly or monthly retainer basis. Ad-hoc or one-off sessions are also available.

 

3. Payment Terms

All rates will be confirmed prior to the commencement of work.Invoices will be issued via email and are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.Prices are quoted in AUD and are exclusive of GST unless stated.Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or service suspension until resolved.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! However:At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee of the booked service.No-shows will be charged the full rate.

 

5. Confidentiality

Aligned Life Co. values your privacy. All personal and business information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing agreed-upon tasks.We will not disclose any client information without prior written consent unless required by law.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:Provide accurate and complete information relevant to requested servicesRespond to communications in a timely mannerNotify us of any changes to schedule, access, or requirements

 

7. Liability

While we take great care in delivering our services, Aligned Life Co. is not liable for:Losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on our work Delays or issues caused by third-party providers or unforeseen eventsAny errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the client

 

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, templates, or tools provided by Aligned Life Co. remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable regardless of termination.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
